Chiropractors are often asked if they can turn breech babies, but the answer is no—that’s a task for obstetricians or, ultimately, for the baby itself. Chiropractors focus on the Webster Technique, which involves adjusting the pelvic bones, muscles, and ligaments to create a balanced environment.
By optimizing this space, chiropractors give the baby more room to move naturally. Babies have an innate intelligence that guides their development and positioning; if given the ideal environment, they will often move into the head-down position on their own.
